Greetings!I have a house plan and elevations. I need its Architectural visualizations get done by an artist. I want to have this type of realism: ( 90% of this quality will be ok)

I want 3 exterior perspective shots and 5 interior shots. I can pay$800 for this. If I need aditional shots then you will be paid $80 for each in future.
Our 3d artist is on leave. If you show good performance in this, then we will choose you as our 3d artist.
Platform must have to be 3ds studio max.
For this job we will not pay any upfront. After completing the job the artist will be paid the full amount.
