Need freelance Vector Artist

Hello ,
I have lots of vector arts of characters to get done by artist. I need this quality:

Please, be very careful with this guy !!

He uses the nickname archlancer (real name is Zobair Bin Islam )

Unfortunatelly I have worked for him in the past and once you send him the work done he directly dissapears from the scene and leaves you unpaid. There should be a black list in here to advert other artists about these kind of guys.

Hey Wolf, this guy did the same to me too. I think we need to complain somewhere. I made logos worth $125 and am not paid! I am going to take some action if I dont get paid at the earliest.
