It's an easy fix. In the materials panel, you have to press "v col paint", to the left of "texface".  Also, a suggestion. I had a look at your landscape, and I'd suggest trying "set smooth" It will smooth out the hard facets in the render. It's in f9, links and materials. Enjoy...
