Many sites have an about link and it is really useful and give you some insight about the guys behind the scenes that run that site. I've noticed that on TS's about page it says nothing about personel at all.

I think  a nice  addition to the about page would be a list of personel employed by TS with a brief summary of their qualifications and experience.

This would give me a lot more confidence in the abilities of people behind the scenes.
