Hey, Anthony.  I believe you're thinking of one I did about beveling the edge of a tub.  Here's another that may be of some help... Bath tubs.

Bruce what are you parameters set too? when you create the chamfer box you just put the box in the front view and your max auto makes the box when i create the box i have to drag the box up and out do you have some kind of software that auto make the box? or is your max setup a different way to mine? i only have mine to do the mode when you install it!

No, I have to drag to make the box, too, Anthony.  The screen-capture program I use just didn't catch the dragging part... actually, I just didn't take the time to adjust the settings so it would catch it.

OK, I just uploaded a slight reedit.  Now you'll be able to see at least some dragging.

Bruce what are you parameters set too?  because in your other tutorials you use the hand to slide down to the lenth, width and hight. what i meant with the last question is your box automatically does your fillets when i create the box(s) i have to drag it inwards to make them. when your tutorials your max does them  automatically ...

No, making the fillets was just something that the screen-capture program didn't catch.  No special settings on this end.

Use whatever viewport layout you want.  I just used the two-viewport setup (Top and Front) to make the image bigger for the tute.  Other than that it's just a matter of practice.  Judging from the image you posted, I'd suggest making the fillets larger.

You can set the number and size of the fillets in the ChamferBox Parameters dialogue under the Command Panel.  The attached image is from Max8.
