Bump map issues in maya 6.5

I have run in to something new to me. trying to bump map a model the bump map is effecting only 5 out of 6 sides. if any one has any ideas I could use them.

Check the normals on every face, change them if you need to and then delete history on the object.

Good call I did over look 1 of the 3 faces that was a in, but no change. It did make me think to render the in side beter and the bumps are going in. so I'm still messing with it.

check the UVS in the UV texture editor.

yeah checking the UV's are probably your best bet. Easiest way to fix your UV's:

go Create UV's (at the top)> Automatic Mapping
thatll fix your UV's to be proportionally correct and usually correct that sort of thing

Well I go it, but I don't no how I shut down every thing cleard all temps and cash. I then fliped the normals wrong then back to right. Then restarted maya and it was fix.
