There has been a bug in the uploading system for months that causes a random failure, try uploading the same product again. Or maybe you are using one of the "banned" words in your decription (i.e. "Ford"), or including your contact info (email addresses are banned). Those will cause an upload to fail.  Can you describe the problem in more detail?
