There are some very good things I was able to find on TurboSquid as far as anatomy, but we have a client that wants to show each layer of the human body - skin, muscles, nervous, organs, skeletal - through an interactive Flash app. The closest (and most impressive) example I can show is here - http://www.visiblebody.com/Tour5.
