Most of us are living difficulties to reach to support.

We know this information:

Office Hours:

Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm Central Standard Time (GMT -6)

Also we know this too:

2008 Holidays

Please note our offices are closed for the following 2008 holidays:Tuesday, January 1, 2008 - New Year's Day
Tuesday, February 5, 2008 - Mardi Gras Day
Monday, May 26, 2008 - Memorial Day
Friday, July 4, 2008 - US Independence Day
Monday, September 1, 2008 - Labor Day
Thursday, November 27, 2008 - Thanksgiving Day
Friday, November 28, 2008 - Day after Thanksgiving
Wednesday, December 24, 2008 - Christmas Eve
Thursday, December 25, 2008 - Christmas Day

And they call it "online support system" . But we (aliens) don't know what is the time at TS?

My suggestion is:

It could be nice to have a date&time info at the support page somewhere.

What do you think?

Nice idea,but I dont know how it helps to us.Normally after 5 pm(With the States time zone) ,TS leaves us each work days.Weekend anyway..

In this way we'll be know why we are waiting or how long we'll wait more etc...

edit: also this info may look green (online support) or red (offline support)

Happy to know you are well Alex! (Sibirian explode) Yes i have it, and i know it. My suggestion is have it at the support page somewhere with online or offline colors :)

Now I understood you. It would be nice, just let us to know that nobody is there now, please come tomorrow :)

About Siberia explosion, you are second from whom I hear it (first was Celal), but I know nothing about this. All quiet here, probably it happened for thousands miles from me, Siberia is very large country. :)
