New support pages
Posted 17-Feb-2008 7:57 AM

TS has changed the way the support submissions work. I'm not sure whether it is better or not. Certainly, their dropdown list of catagories seems to relate more to customer questions.

The problem I have is that all my old resolved support questions and related messages & replies have now vanished. Is there any way of getting them back?

WHY would we need them? For one thing, if you have reported a theft for example, and already proved ownership of a model, and it happens again, then all you need to do is to refer them to your previous ticket.

Join the club Mkii, it seems to me that they are trying to build a wall to stop us contacting them. There are no categories for artists reporting issues at all. Which means that have not listened to a word that we've said to them. They don't care at all. They will be left with only the likes of Mastermesh one day.

I have the categories... Second pull down menu work for me. At first I bother will renewed support more responsible than previous? If no, it doesn't matter for me what interface they have. Btw, my open tickets go to nowhere along with others. I'm clear as if I was registered yesterday. Is it mean that TS start make their reputation for vendors over again?

If so, deleting our open tickets is not a good way to start.

If only they were quiet (not responsible) because they know all tickets will delete. They could give answer before delete them, this is at least unpolitely.

There was a glitch in the switch over to the new system. If you are still unable to see your old tickets please contact Support.

It is very important to us that all of our Members, both Vendors and Purchasers are getting the Support that they need and seeing your old tickets is important for all of us.

Again, please contact us if you are still unable to see your old tickets.

Hi MKiii,

This has nothing to do with your post regarding the support pages, but I do not know how else to get in touch with you. I am very interested in your G IV. Some questions:

1. Is it available in any other format than LW? I am using 3DSmax, and would prefer *.max. I saw some of your models are actually *.max format.

2. Could you post some shots of the model in wireframe? I'd like to see the mesh, especially around the cockpit.

I'd appreciate your feedback. Best regards,

Sid

Okay, now all my tickets are gone... the old ones I knew about, and did a request ticket to restore them...

Then all of them since the new implementation are gone/invisible as well...  Maybe it's part of the restore process.

Should I... do a support ticket?

lol

(edit) I see my newer tickets now... not sure what happened...
