I bought one model yesterday, Notre dame cathedral, it was in max format, after I download, I open it in 3D Max9, but the problem was, there no any texture, so my question is, are all the models in turbo squid like this? If like this, I can't use it. Can you fix this problem for me please? If you can fix this problem, then I will buy a lot. Thank you.

The only reason that I can think of is if that is not the native format of the mesh. However, I would ere to the side that the modeler simply forgot to add the materials and/or textures to the scene. Send a support ticket and I am sure you can get this resolved.

Of course not the all model untextured in TS. I found 7 models named "Notre dame cathedral". So i don't know which one is you bought. But some of them are also untextured. You can see the info at the "Product Specifications" area. And yes, please open a ticket and ask support. Regards...
