I can´t reposition the Flame animation I bought here

Hi everyone:

I bought a flame animation but when I tried to place it in my scene, I cant replace it, I cant move the flame to the candle position.

It stays in the center. I move it arround the scene but as soon as I hit the play buttom the flame returns to its original position in the center and Ioses the scale and the move.

What can I do?

I don't know this "flame" product, but to me it sounds like a simple problem towards the positioning system. Maybe moel is made using Global positioning, while you use Object positioning - or vise versa?
Try to check that. Next is to file a support ticket to Turbosquid. They will forward it to the vendor of that product and he/she will help you out on this.
