Texture Artist for RPG/FPS
Posted 11-Dec-2007 8:59 AM

The Anarchy team are looking for an artist specialising in 3d model textures, but who can also do game art when possible.

'The Anarchy: 1135-1154', our current project, is based in the medieval era in England. This period of time was civil war between Stephen of Normandy and Matilda, the legitimate ruler of England. Your role in this game is an accurate representation of what life was like during this civil war, with lords and barons forming private armies to kill others.

The Origin

Stephen was a favourite nephew of King Henry I of England (reigned 11001135), whose only legitimate son died in 1120 in the "White Ship" disaster. Henry then named his daughter Matilda as heir to his throne. He forced his barons, including Stephen, to swear allegiance to her several times, but it went against the grain--no woman had ever ruled over all England in her own right. To make matters worse, Matilda had married Geoffrey of Anjou, who did not enjoy a good reputation in England. This was mainly because he hailed from Anjou, whose rulers were resented by the Normans for their unashamed attempts to conquer the duchy of Normandy.

sims2architect2: Not trying to be nasty. Just helping out.

The Gypsy wagon you have up, is awfully low priced(make it $9.00 U.S. or so). I like the look of it and it's a unique item also.

The church ruin, should be a freebie, or taken down. The Machine gun has no preview thumb? A graphic artist can make that well themselves in about 30 minutes or actually less time, so they may not bother with buying your well.
