.max convert to .3ds

hey is ther anyway to do this so gmax can import some max stuff so i can convert it to 3ds so i can use gmax to open it?

sure is , if u have 3ds max you can open the model , then goto file/export and export it as a .3ds, .obj, and a bunch of other formats. if you don't have 3ds max i'll be glad to do it for you!
