Why Are You always fireing your employee's. I Know of 4 modelers who have moved to Ruston in the middle of no where where with no moveing expenses there is no housing and they get leases to rent and then are fired in a couple of months. Is there No training to help them to what you are looking for or is this just bad management? If you are looking for some one to do all the work for you maybe you should sublet your development out to a reputal company.
