Female Model and Texture Modeler Needed

Hello. I am looking for someone that can create a full 3D female model plus textures, skins, and any other necessities using only a limited number of reference photos. This artist must be able to make a high resolution model and textures that are realistic; details will be given during contact. Commission will be between $500-1,000 depending on overall quality.
