GRAPHICS PROGRAMMER
Whether it is explosions, ripple effects, bump-mapping, or shadows, your forte is graphic development using the latest graphics export tools, asset conditioners, shaders, and run-time engines. What better to strengthen and expand your capabilities than on one of the latest and advanced gaming systems on the market, the Playstation3? Our client is on the hunt for a graphics programmer who will take the lead in developing and enhancing the next-gen graphics technology on the PS3, and help create the most graphically advanced and innovative games on the market. Imagine working in a top studio, surrounded only by the top gaming professionals from big-name programmers and designers to the most imaginative and creative artists in the industry.

What They Want:
 - Proficiency in C/C++
 - Ability to design and implement solutions that are modular and easily expandable
 - Extensive experience with 3D Graphics APIs
 - Solid Graphics and 3D math experience
 - Experience with Graphics tools and exporter such as Maya, MotionBuilder, Photoshop
 - Assembly level graphics optimization experience
 - Ability to write efficient/compact code on console systems with limited resources
 - 3+ years of game programming experience
 - Cross-platform game programming experience
 - A strong understanding of hardware accelerated graphics programming and next-generation graphics techniques
 - Knowledge of entire asset pipeline path from Maya to game hardware
 - Competency in all aspects of graphics programming--from exporting the models/textures, to in game high level code, to low level rendering code (shaders/dma/etc)
 - Experience in Cg or equivalent shader languages
 - Familiarity with advanced vertex and pixel shader techniques
 - Experience programming the Cell SPU and Nvidia GPUs is a plus
 - Ability to communicate complex technical issues in verbal and written form

Location/Relocation:
This is onsite, fulltime position located in San Diego, CA. Relocation assistance WILL BE provided for candidates located
within the United States.

Salary:
$90-120K Base + Bonus + Full Benefits
