SENIOR GAMEPLAY PROGRAMMER:
You've just written a prototype that integrates the game's FX into its scripting and weapons systems. After making sure the logic is top-notch and up to platform standards, you then present it to your the team of Programmers. While your new system is being tested, you use your instinctual understanding of the balance between over-designing and under-designing to fix a few bugs on your previous system. You walk over to your team and mentor the more Junior Programmers, designing and implementing your major new systems and shepherding the growth and development of existing systems.
Sound like a fit for you?
