Kuju Rail Simulator
Posted 16-Nov-2007 5:10 PM

There has been a lot of requests (not here) for a gamepak plugin for Kuju Rail Simulator.  This request will grow rapidly when the American version is released in January.  I have made loads of models for Auran Trainz, and it would be nice to continue using gMAX for Rail Simulator.

Kuju's Rail Simulator is a great Train Sim.  And soon the US version will be out.  Lets support it by having a gamepak for it.  MORE SUPPORT PLEASE!

Hi to the Squid Team

It would be very nice with some kind of an answer to, if there will be a converter from Gmax into the KRS file format. Their are so my designers who have made lots of high detaljed trains for MSTS. Those designers whould for the most like to convert theese trians into the KRS format, but they can´t do it without a converter. Many designers who makes freeware can´t afford to buy one of the big 3D desingprograms, so please telle us what´w happening.

Greatings

The Turbosquid site, employees and forum moderators (like me) are not responsible for any code changes to GMAX, nor any creation of any Gamepacks, nor anything changes done to anything related to GMAX. Turbosquid is meerly offering Autodesk an internet space where people using GMAX can find help. Turbosquid is not the official support site for GMAX. In fact, there are no official support site for GMAX. Turbosquid is just officialy recognized by Autodesk (used to be named Discreet Logic) as being the official distributor of GMAX and GMAX's gamepacks for Autodesk.  The support offer here is done by people like you (meaning us moderators) that have been here longer then you.

So for any request to make any changes to GMAX, you have to talk to Autodesk. As to Gamepacks, they are created by game companies, not Autodesk.
