I'm having the same problem. Do we really need to enter a Support Ticket in order to be able to download free models?? Can someone who's gone through that process share any info as to what was done to fix it?
Edit: I just took the plunge and entered a support-ticket, and it actually is quite painless - just a few minutes later they had already responded to my ticket and enabled downloading for my account. And to think, I had visions of a multi-day wait, as per my previous experience with other companies' support-tickets... |
