Trileet Inc is seeking a pixel artist for our current project, code named Metis. The
game is a first person shooter for the T-Mobile Sidekick, think
Wolfenstein 3D or Doom. Theme will be future-based spaceship, fighting
aliens. We have been developing pretty cool games for the past
three years and have had an awesome designer working with us part
time. Sadly he's getting a bit busy with his family so we are looking
for some new blood. We compensate very generously for talented work,
and view this application as a test run towards possibly hiring someone
full time to work for us. We are looking for someone both
creative and skilled, who can bring new ideas to the table. You need
to be able to communicate professionally and above else treat this as
your job and deliver on time. You can work from wherever you like and
with whatever tools and hours work best for you -- we just want you to
be responsive and responsible. The timeline for this particular project is 3-4 weeks, starting immediately. Scope of project:
- a dozen or so texture tiles for the inside of the ship. These will
require significant tweaing to look good and will be a give and take
process between us and you. These will be 64x64. Some examples: texture1 texture2 - five or six sprites at various angles and states of animation. An example from Wolfenstein: wolf character - various other sprites for elements in the game, usually only from one angle. Things such as tables, trashcans etc.. This
is a somewhat cutting edge project for the phone and we are pushing a
few limits, so we will expect some give and take with the artist as we
try out new ideas. We are looking for someone truly excellent,
as we pride ourselves on building very polished applications and
games. To give you an idea, here are some screenshots from our latest

will depend on experience and quality of work, but to give you some
guidance our range is about 5K a month starting. Please send all resumes and portfolios to code@trileet.com. Nic Pottier Trileet Inc. http://www.trileet.com/
