all editors come with model library in format morfit  wld, state , morfit , located in Program files/3Deditor/models

These models are very similar to turbo gamepack - lowpoly models - different tipes , student and commercial version has richer model library and is 14 days trial

And you need convert these models on for example 3ds - here Light map maker 0.39 - is for lightmapping and converting formats - it import/export  ac3d (ac) ,  3ds , dxf, obj, x , terragen ter and Morfit wld, state , morfit  . For import morfit files simply go to import and choose morfit wld, state ... , for converting go to export and choose 3ds
