I am Dominick Romano. I own Bullet Proof Games, and Empire Studios. i have recently started them, not established as businesses yet. I am looking to get together a nice team that can work on some projects, projects that will be back-end funded. meaning the release of the products will cover the work employees do. until release of a product, every employee is a part owner of the asset (being the game) but under restrictions which are logicall, like dont sell the product before release. There will be contracts drawn by my lawyer to keep everyone on the same page, although contracts change with position in the team. so, you make your money off the people that buy the game, we make a sucessfull game you get paid in advance for the next project, so there is something to work for. please keep in mind, i know there are total A$$holes in this world that will rip you off in a min, i am not like that i want everyone to eat out of what we can get.
