3ds Max 8 Compatibility

Can I make models for Battlefield 1942 with 3ds Max 8 and import them to Battlefield 1942 & can I Export some of the original models from  Battlefield 1942 to 3ds Max 8 to see how you must model game models.

I dont know, search for Battlefield servers, you can download gmax and gamepack Battlefield for gmax, I tried 3ds max7 and gmax, gmax has majority of modelig tools like 3ds max. If will not be possible to make Battlefield models in 3ds max8, download gmax and gamepack, If you are good with 3ds max, you will be good with gmax

i only mod for bf2 but for that the answer to #1 is yes. #2 you cannot import any models from bf2 into anything
