When i copy and paste my indentification code into the box on the Welcome to Gmax window but then a red cross comes on at the right hand side of the box.

And the code is right because i got it from Gmx website.

Can anyone help me? Please?

What is your PC configuration ?

Did manualy copied it (moved cursor by hand over it) or did you double clicked it ?

I do have this problem too! Does no one else have this problem? I dont know any further, plz hlp!

Most probable cause, your PC clock is not showing the right NOW time. The registration code has a built in expiration period. So entering 2 days after you have asked for it, will contain an expiration of 2 days and if your PC clock is like more then 2 days old, then ...
