What have you got that all the rest of these companies creating plugins don't have?  I am reluctant to join you because the last thing this industry needs is yet another program to have to learn that you hope works and isn't a waste of your time and is also cheap but has great free tech support and also has regular updates that keeps pace with all the changes in the industry.  Will your software support V4.2... how about V5, V6, V7 and V8?  I think it would be a better use of all of our time to not reinvent the wheel here.  I now have a biped rig in 3ds max that is positioned to match the V4.2 bones from collada and everytime I open a new clothing item I save the verts as an env file so I never have to mess with it again for any character I import.  Daz exports collada which 3ds max imports and it works great and it's free.  Let the angels rejoice... it works and it's free.
