I have a collection of mechanical models in XSI which were created using XSI's default proprietary hierarchical scale settings.

I'm having a difficult time export the files to other formats, or even converting the scaling within XSI from HIERARCHICAL to standard without warping the models.

The models are also animated, but I'd settle for getting even a single frame converted to MAX or 3DS without things warping.

The smoothing groups are also not properly retained when converted with deep exploration.

In MAX I would use RESET X-FORM to resolve these types of scale problems; however, I haven't found anything quite like that in XSI.

If anybody has experience with these types of problems when exporting from XSI, I'd appreciate some assistance. If your rates are reasonable I would consider contracting you to convert 25 models.
