What pipeline suits after effects better do you think: 3dsmax--> cebas psd-manager-->after effects or Cinema4D-->after effects?  Do you know any other programs that export psd sequences with render elements from any major 3D package (I know digimation does have one but I can't remember now)?

Sincerely,

Me

P.S. Hello by the way.

does anyone know how or what to use to create realistic natural textures in AE like a desert landscape? I know about Aurora Sky and Psunami water....but what about natural looking earth textures? Grass...sand, rock, etc. Any help or suggestions?

Glad to see this a lot of people were complaining that they do not know anything about AE, although they should invest in books and reading them as aposed to using them as doorstops this may help them along the transitional stage and encourage them to make the investment.

send you some tutorials? wow...! what kind? There are many just lying around the internet. In fact, if you know photoshop and illustrator (or their counterparts / rivals!) you then are equiped enough with the general usage of after effects. Think of it this way, after effects is photoshop+illustrator for moving pictures!

Having said that, the only kind of tutorials that you would need then would be the ones related to expressions and scripts and this ain't the forum.....
