I have the code I got from the link listed on page 1 of this forum. There is no place in the install to enter it. It never prompts me to enter it. It just says "Registration key not found" and the "Error 1722" pops up. How do I enter it?

Upon opening of Gmax-screen the button "Continue" is disabled. After entry of the first character of registration-
code a red cross appears. What is my problem?

Hello, it is my first time in the forums. I followed your instractions and i registered. I downloaaded the application and other . But i still haven't take the e-mail to confirm my e-mail. ( The e-mail i gave is not worong).

Hobbit_Sapien, sorry I missed your post. I do not understand why I haven't seen it.
Paetzold, check your PC clock to make sure it realy does show accurate time and date. If it is not on today's date, that may be why.
JPBARIL, just read what I said for Paetzold.
By the way guys, do not post your email adress in ANY forums. Unless you don't mind receiving 1000 spam email per year.
tipotos21, sorry but I do not understand what you mean with "But i still haven't take the e-mail to confirm my e-mail". What is your native language by the way ? Maybe we can help you in your own language ? |

Hi (new member)
The 'Registered User Identification
Code' I received via mail / by using the supportmodule
(http://www.turbosquid.com/Support/Index.cfm?stgSupportModule=SupportGmax)
of the site seem to be invalid (they look the same), It ends with a red cross, the Continue button is disabled.
Any idea ?

Got it to work using the crack provided in first post.

I just wanted to thank you browser ice, I used to work with gmax with the code I received by mail but since I formatted my desktop , the code didn't work, so the second step helped me a lot!

i have just finished the registration and didnt get the code. The
registered email adress is correct and I've already checked my spam
filter. So what have i to do? (I dont want to wait three days).

none of this has answered my question, I have not gotten my code yet, and i really want to use my halo editing kit that I just got and it didn't come with the gmax or 3Ds max that it requires, I got the first email thanking me for registring, but not the one for getting my code, why won't it come.

Well I registered for my gmax key code at I believe 3 in the morning (yeah I was up late last night) and waited untill now, and it still didn't come, so why wasn't it sent to me?

well I found the registry code and well it seems that my computer has moved the DLL file somewhere else cause it clames that it was in a spot that it wasn't supossed to be, that it was in a file reserved for DLL files for windows settings, and it for somereason the DLL for Gmax was put there instead of where it was supposed to put it.

caboose, you didn't answer my question and what DLL are you talking about ???
michel, when you register, it sends 2 emails. Sometime the 2nd one (the one you want) doesn't get to your email for several reasons (ex: was considered as spam and was saved in your JUNK folder or similar). Check this and go back to this thread but start at the beginning of the thread where I listed what to do.

well it seems that the program is working ok, I just didn't know whether Gmax would work or not if the dll file was moved by the computer.

ive read all the threads and all but what i don't understand is why can't you just put the reg code in the email? it will save a lot of fuss and all many websites that i know use this method!

I be having problems with my registration code.....while trying to run Gmax its ask for these code and i haven't been able to obtained....if giving my e-mail address help this process the code can be send at oneespinosa@hotmail.com |
