Getting Train Sim Game Pack To WORK

I finally got access to the internet. I finally got access to GMAX web site to register GMAX. I finally got GMAX working. I downloaded GMAX Game Pack For Train SIm and faithfully followed the installation procedure. I followed the usage instructions which ask me to use the Train Sim start up execute file which for some reason DOES NOT point to the default location of GMAX to allow me to use it and there does NOT appear to be anyway to rectify this. ANybody HELP?

right click the icon and select properties then edit the command path to direct it to where you have Gmax installed

!Bump! I'm trying to use the trainsim gamepack on a portable hard drive but the link never launches.
After altering the gmax.ini file to point to my drive letter i got the default shortcut to work but the trainsim shortcut still refuses to cooperate saying it can't find the link.

The text in the target for the trainsim launcher shortcut is as follows:-

%GMAXLOC%gmax.exe -i gamepacks\trainsim\gmax.ini -p gamepacks\trainsim\plugin.ini

and in StartIn it says %GMAXLOC%

Any help much appreciated. Thanks.
