how can I use gmax to create building for simcity 4? anybody have an example or tutorial please help me..

if you not have B.A.T. then you must download it at www.simcity.ea.com/coolstuff/bat/index.php then you can make simcity 4 buildings

I thought you had to have the Simcity 4 program 'Lot editor' to edit buildings???
