flying buildings
Posted 13-Oct-2003 3:31 PM

when i merge the flying_buildings_setup file from westwood and i try to move a building to a new spot, its almost like there are two buildings in the same spot. one of them i can move to wherever i want and it works fine and the other one is a dark green color and i cant move it or change it in any way. any idea what the problem is?

i thought i had that problem, but if u save and then reopen the dark green one disappears, it is just like an image of where the building was, it isnt an actualy model , so no worries

Yes, there will be 2 sets of buildings, one on top of the other. The second set is used for vehicle collisions so that they can't enter the buildings. Before you can move them, be sure to unfreeze them. Right click in the viewport to bring up the quad-menu. Click on "Unfreeze All". You should now be able to move them.
