It's low poly model with a turbosmooth modifier, as well as a morph modifier applied. The model comes with SEVENTEEN morph targets which are already loaded into the modifier (but I included them in the file as well, just unhide them)... the eyes are linked to the head with a XYZ lock to keep them in place and I've applied a LOOK at Constraint to a dummy object so you can make the character look at whatever you need it to in the scene without having to use a morph to do so!

The character was designed and built in MAX, then imported into Zbrush to add details and color, then re-imported into max for animation. It's got topology designed for animation, so all facial muscles will deform very well!

I've also included the ZTOOL for anyone who wishes to modify the character in Zbrush.
