Recipe for Yorkshire Pudding

1        take four heaped table spoons of plain floor and put into a bowl
2        Add 2 two eggs to the centre of the mix. then mix them in.
3        Add milk mixing into the mix gradually until the mixture is the consistency of single cream.
4        beat with a spoon for no more than 30 seconds then leave to stand for 20 minutes.
5         pour the batter into the pre heated tin as below.
6         cook until golden brown or more if you wish them crispy

The Tin

1        Put a tea spoon of oi or a nob of fat in each dip of the tin
2        Place in a hot oven 190c/gas8/370f for 5minutes until fat is hot.
