Rigged file is available only in max file. There are 2 max files inside the Quad cycle-Max.rar. One is only 3d model and other is Rigged model.

Marge rigged file in your scene. attach your ground or road to the ground surface of this file. Increase or decrease the length of the Path Line as you need.
Get experience with attachment constraint and Float expression.
Instruction of using this file in your scene is added which is MSword file with detailed picture.

Model is made with 3ds max-8.
Other formats is exported from 3ds max-8.

Previews are rendered with Scan line render in max.
