Objects are in their own layer. Each item has unique name. No part-name confusion when importing.

There are seweral version, one with simplier roof and straight wooden planks on walls.

Then there is also more detailed version with more polygon count on each roof tile.

The model is in layers, check images for detail information. Also the models has uncollapsed modifiers so you can simply change different
