The .max version (both 2010 and 2011) includes two fully textured, shaded and ready-to-render versions of the chair (for Vray) in light oak and in laquered, semi-gloss black.

Version other than MAX only includes the geometry (no material or shaders), but the texture maps are included and the model is correctly UV-mapped for easy material setup regardless of the 3d application.
