Please download the 'textures.zip' file above (displayed as 'Other') and unzip it in the model folder

4 objects : building, gutter, light, light bulb

Texture : 2048x2048 JPG file (see preview) + specular map

The specular map is provided but not assigned to the model. You will have to do it manually if you decide to use it

The light bulb object uses a separated colored semi-transparent material

The textures zip file also contains the original building layered texture map as a PSD (Photoshop) file. You can open PSD files with Photoshop of course, but also with Paint Shop Pro, and maybe other softwares ... You can then easily modify the shops text for example

Lights settings / effects are not included in the product
