This is a fully rigged and textured version of Venom. The high res is created as a wrap deformer and so you can do all the animation using the low res and simply hide the low res layer and show the high res when it comes to rendering. There is also a skeleton setup for use with motion builder. This will allow you to attach motion capture to this skeleton before importing it back into maya and setting it up so the control curves are parented to the mocap skeleton. There is a piece of animation that you can download demonstrating how he moves with motion capture applied. The animated Maya file is also included in the zip folder.
I have also uploaded the textures and file of a sewer scene.
