The rar contains 3 different things.

The Model:
the model is called 'Urban_Assassin_Rigged'
it contains 60 MB and the rig is OK. there are some bugs,
but if you registered you have access to free updates.
the updates will make the poly's 2 times as low as it is now. and there will be a beter Topology


the Textures:
there are 8 textures i believe. in READ ME you can see how you need to add the textures to your model.
there will be updates for better texture.
