The model is of a high detailed two storey family house.
The model is untextured to allow a customer to be able to purchase the model for a reduced cost if they wish to apply their own custom textures. The thumbnail provided which shows a textured version is an example as to the potential of the model once textured and it also shows what the textured version looks like, which is available to purchase at a small additional cost.

Details such as rainwater goods, soil stacks, fascias etc are all included which although increses the poly count somewhat, they provide a high level of detail if close up shopts are required. If a lower poly count is needed these extra details could simply be omitted.

Doors and windows are all custom made and grouped for ease of use.

All objects in the scene are intuitively named for ease of use for the customer and all reflect the actual objects they represent such as:

Internal Wall 01
Internal Wall 02
Window 01
Window 02
Door 01....etc

This model can be easily dropped into any sort of residential scene and immediately bring detail and depth to scene.

I aim to be adding many more house models over the coming year, both textured and untextured versions so watch this space!
