The Cinema4D version was created with R11.5 and makes use of render instances for the ornamentals. Older versions of Cinema can open the file (tested with R10.5) but instances behave the old way (no memory benefit during rendering).
The obj version is splitted in three separate files (tree, deco, snow) and is part of the Cinema download.
