This is a detailed model of a small western noname town.
It includes everything you see on the screenshots: buildings, cars, roads, trees, bushes, ocean, beach, benches, phones, lights, signs... everything you see.
It is fully textured, most of the materials have not only diffuse maps, but also bump, specular, reflection and opacity maps (if needed). This helps keep polycount as low as possible, while scene remains very detailed. All the textures are hi-res, which makes this scene extremely good for close-ups.
Scene comes with full day-night cycle animation. First two frames (0 and 1) are set to 6 PM and 7 AM - most screenshot were made at this time. The rest of the frames are actual day-night cycle.

Due to turbosquid's filesize limitations, archive was divided into 2 parts, so you have to download both of them. Also, I include another scene file, which is absolutely the same as original, but all the textures in viewports are off. If you experiecne low framerates or other problems (e.g. not enough memory to show all the textures) - download this file.
It's just a small part of a bigger city model, which you can find on the right.
