To Animate the Model use the Helpers and the Bones move Automode in right Positions and strech the Kable between the Parts.

In the psd Layers are all Parts like Fingers and every finger have is own Color.
The Fingers ar not Textured in Copy Procedur.

Textures in Jpg and psd format for Photoshop
psd Files include All Layers to change Color or change Textures.
The Modelparts are using UVW Unwrap

Use 3ds Max 2009 or higer for all other programs use the 3ds File.
