This is the Tenerife Opera House, designed by famous architect Santiago Calatrava. It was originally created in C4D and the 3Ds file is an export. It comes with materials and textures. The textures may need to be re-applied, but they are in a zip file and labeled. The C4D version has all of the texture assignments, so there is little work needed (if any). The 3Ds version is an export, so textures and materials may need to be re-applied altogether. Either way, the model looks great!!! Enjoy!!!
