The Tools for modeling of a Lunar Surface.
Originally created with 3ds Max 8 in 2005 year.
The model is fully completed for Hi-Res rendering and is suitable for use in high-res film close-ups, advertising, etc.
Both from afar, and from up close you will get a maximally detailed and integral rendering.
The scene is procedural. You can change it or create a unique model on its basis. The scene contains preset instruments with which, creating any crater or canyon shape of any size, depth, or position you can easily model a unique surface necessary for your scene. Having confirmed a model for your unique surface, you can bake it, freeing the system resources and speeding up the rendering process many times. Afterwards, you can export your surface into other program packages such as Maya, C4D, etc. for further visualization.
All instruments and technologies by means of which the scene is created allow changing the level of surface detail over a broad range, which allows subtle scene optimization with any computational resources, and its setup for various purposes, such as 1080p animation sequence, or 16k stillframe.

All objects, materials, maps and textures have unique and meaningful names.
This model contains 4 separate objects:

This model contains 15096 polygons with TurboSmooth OFF, and 59868 polygons with TurboSmooth ON (set to 1 iterations.)
NOTE: Number of quads and tris, depending on the setting of the scene. The algorithm eliminates ngons.
Texture are created from original drawing.
This product includes 3ds Max versions with V-Ray materials only.
Preview Images are rendered using the 2.40 version of the VRay renderer. If you render this file using 1.50, or later version of VRay (but not older), you may have the same results as you see on the thumbnails.
No Photoshop or compositing used.
Lights and cameras are included in the file. Product is ready to render out-of-the-box.
Model is not built into the actual dimensions, as its size relative.
No third-party plug-ins needed.
IMPORTANT: All the images rendered in 3D Max. May be modified only 3ds Max model, as the only 3Ds Max model is procedural.
