This is a nice model of a realistic house, using polygonal quad geometry. It's got a detailed exterior and a functional interior. This house works well as a backdrop, or with the addition of some furniture it would work well as an interior set. The style is generic, and thus suitable for a wide range of projects that might need a multi-level suburban house.

Note that there is no stair case leading between the two floors, although you could easily add one if needed.
