The model is textured to allow a customer to be able to use the model immediately, though an untextured version is also available for purchase at a slightlyreduced cost if they wish to apply their own custom textures.

Details such as rainwater goods, soil stacks, fascias etc are all included which although increses the poly count somewhat, they provide a high level of detail if close up shopts are required. If a lower poly count is needed these extra details could simply be omitted.

Doors and windows are all custom made and grouped for ease of use.

This model can be easily dropped into any sort of residential scene and immediately bring detail and depth to scene.

This scene has been rendered using VRay as have the materials but all textures/maps are included so as to make it easy should you want to use it in another render engine. Only the .max version has the materials mapped.

I aim to be adding many more house models over the coming year, both textured and untextured versions so watch this space!
