Description
This is a 3D model of a skyscraper with a lit interior and exterior, using V-Ray lights for the light-sources.

• This model is suitable for use in arch viz, broadcast, high-res film scenery, advertising, design visualization, and more.

• This scene is ready to use and will render as seen in the preview images. This product will render out-of-the-box when the render button is hit. All images are straight from 3ds Max. No post processing or Photoshop editing has been used.

• Third-party renderer V-Ray is needed. If an older version of V-Ray is used, make sure to download the render presets that are included. A description on how to add them is also included.

• Camera and lighting are included in the file.

• The geometry in this product has very clean topology and has been professionally modeled.

• The majority of polygons are quads, only a little more than 4 percent of the geometry is triangular polygons. Scene statistics:

• Quads: 259056 = 95.8373%
• Tris: 11252 = 4.1626%
• NGons: 0 = 0%

• All materials and textures are meticulously tweaked and adjusted for a nice look and feel. All objects have been UV mapped, smaller object have UV unwrapping, but larger items like buildings, have tiled mapping.

• There are 41 texture maps included. Types of textures: Diffuse, bump, self-illumination, reflection and normal maps.

• The model has been built to real-world scale with centimeters as units, 1 unit = 1 centimeter. The skyscraper is 22000 centimeters high (220 meters).

• All objects have realistic scale.

• The scene management is easy; objects have been grouped, layered and logically named. You can easily leave out elements for more targeted rendering by hiding groups.

• Geometry is centered at 0,0,0. All polygonal objects have 1,1,1 scale.

• The scene contains in total 184 geometries.
