This is a collection of 3 scenes of a modern VILLA
Originally designed/created with 3ds Max 2011.

This model is suitable for use in broadcast, high-res film close-ups, advertising, design visualization, forensic presentation, etc.
This product includes 3ds Max versions with and without V-Ray (separate downloads) .
Renderer is shown as V-Ray.
There are Extra elements like vegetation, cars and canopy in the preview images that are not included in the MAX file. Please refer to the screenshot images for the exact content.
Background sky map is included.The grass is included. Some furnitures are included.
All preview images are rendered with V-Ray renderer.
Photoshop is used for post-process like adding dirt affects on the smooth surfaces but product is ready to render out-of-the-box satisfactorily, however. V-Ray lights and 21 cameras are included in each MAX files. There are more than 1000 realistic objects in each scene.
The objects and groups are named architecturally (for merging parts to other files or search in file etc.)
More than 750 of the objects are the building, others are the landscape.
Texture files are archieved and you can download it separately from the supporting files part.
Model is built to real-world scale.
Units used are centimeters. Each house is 2622 centimeters long, 1944 centimeters wide and 787 centimeters high.

V-Ray 1.5 and above is REQUIRED in order to use this product. If the V-Ray render settings happen to be lost, please download the V-Ray preset file at the supporting files part.
Other file format do not have Vray textures/materials applied and will not render like the preview images.
All file formats contain identical geometry with clean and accurate construction (see wire frames above). All details have been fully modeled out.
Each scene represents 70-80 of hours of 3D work .
